Francis Fryscak is a recognized antitrust leader, with deep experience in transactional, counseling, and regulatory matters. A partner at Cooley LLP from 2010 through 2017, and an associate at Skadden Arps at the start of his career, he's managed antitrust strategy on headline deals as well as those through the entire range of company scale and industry. His information privacy experience is built on cutting edge "big data" work and indepth training at the University of California in Berkeley.
